Phylis, Peter and Bobie are sisters and brothers who live in London with their parents. One sunny day some men got into their house and they kidnapped their father. After some days they and their mother went to live to another place because they got poor. But no one knew where their father was. When they arrived to the other place, they had a lot of adventures and they were impatient as to when their father would come. What become of their father? Well you have to read the book and find it out.

                          The Canterville ghost

           

Mr Otis needed a house for himself and his family. So they moved into the

Canterville Castle. People said that a ghost lived there but he Otis family didn’t believe in it. When they arrived there, they experienced strange things. For instance, the library floor appeared again and again every morning. But the twins were not   afraid of the ghost and they did a lot of jokes to it. The ghost was scared. He wanted to take revenge but it couldn’t; the twins proved to be stronger than it expected. After some time the ghost and the twins became friends. But one day the ghost died and shortly before it died it gave a lot of jewelry to the twins. In the end, everything was as it used to be but the ghost never appeared again.
